I am an alumna of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas with a B.S. in Corporate Communication. I am a current graduate student at the University of Houston, pursuing my M. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My research interests are in public health, risk perception, and health and crisis communication.
When I'm not studying or spending time with my family, you can find me playing guitar, reading, running, or napping.
